In Memoriam

Hi Bobby...

I know that there is a memoriam page on the broncs website.

My sister graduated from Parker High in 1982 and passed away in 1983 in a car accident.

I was wondering if you could put her picture up?

Her name was Susan Jean Mason.

She's buried in Parker Cemetery.

I know that she had a lot of friends.
Maybe some would like to see her picture even though it's been over 20 years.
Let me know.

Went to Lillian Edwards Crenshaw's Memorial Service yesterday in Phoenix.  It was very nice.  Her daughter, Natalie Shill, spoke about what a great lady she was, and so did a couple of her close friends.  It was a nice service.  Lillian and Ray were kind enough to take Claudia and I out to dinner at our favorite Mexican food restaurant here in Mesa.  She also gave me yearbooks to scan and was always excited to hear about the reunion...which she was able to attend.  Here are the scans:

Saturday -March 11, 2006 - Bobby, my biggest concern would be to honor my friend Milton Goich, who left 4 children behind and his current wife of 14 yrs.  He also left his high school sweetheart Cinder Marquis Class of 78,(his first wife). Milt loved the river and always dreamed of coming back to Parker after he beat cancer! but he could not beat it and died so young! Milt was loved by all who knew him, great father and loved his kids so much. We are going to put Milt's ashes along the river where he grew up, when his current wife is ready to come down to Parker. - Terry Foss

"No Person Is Ever Truly Alone"
by Richard Fife

No person is ever truly alone.
Those who live no more,
Whom we loved,
Echo still within our thoughts,
Our words, our hearts.
And what they did
And who they were
Becomes a part of all that we are,
Forever.

HOPI PRAYER

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on the ripened grain.
I am the gentle Autumn's rain.

When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
